How to claim your credit
The Texas Society of Health-System Pharmacists is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. This Knowledge-based-based continuing professional education program provides 1 contact hour(s) of continuing pharmacy education. A live event “secret code” will be provided during the session, you must retain this code to claim your credit. A session evaluation must be completed through the LecturePanda site for credit to be issued. Access to an Internet enabled computer is required and use of the Mozilla Firefox browser is recommended. Accurate NABP profile and date of birth information is required for successful credit submission. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure credit has been successfully transferred to their My CPE Monitor Profiles. TSHP is not responsible for loss of credit to participants that do not ensure credit issuance to their My CPE Monitor Profiles by 12/27/2026.
Two things to do before the session. Mark lecturepanda.com as a safe sender, or ask your facility’s information technology department to whitelist it. Credit claiming instructions arrive from LecturePanda, and hospital filters routinely block them. Second, check that the name and date of birth on your NABP e-Profile are accurate, since credit cannot be submitted without them.
Claim your credit by December 13, 2026. Pharmacists claim the pharmacist activity number only. Pharmacy technicians claim the technician activity number only. No participant should claim both.
Fees. Free for KCHP members. Registration is limited to KCHP members.
Requirements for successful completion. Attend the full live session on October 28, retain the credit code announced during the session, and complete the session evaluation through LecturePanda. Partial credit is not available and there is no on-demand option.
Commercial support. This activity receives no commercial support. No organization provides financial support for any component of this educational activity.
Technical requirements. This is an internet-based activity. You will need a device with at least a 1 GHz processor, 1 GB of memory, 32 GB of storage, and a sound card with speakers, plus an internet connection of at least 10 Mbps download.
