Invitation to exhibit
The Kansas Council of Health-System Pharmacy (KCHP) is pleased to announce the 2027 Spring Meeting, Game Plan for Success, held Friday, April 2 and Saturday, April 3, 2027 at The Oread in Lawrence, Kansas. Exhibits are open both days. Whether you have exhibited with us before or are new to our group, this is an ideal venue to get acquainted with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, residents, and students from across Kansas.
Exhibit hours run Friday, April 2 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm and again Saturday, April 3 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, giving you two days of face time with attendees.
Friday’s exhibit hours open with a happy hour hosted in the exhibit hall, so attendees gather and mingle with exhibitors rather than passing through on their way to the evening. The Reverse Exhibit takes place in that same late-afternoon window, with the exact time confirmed in the final meeting schedule. The evening then continues with the KCHP Foundation event.
Registration for the Reverse Exhibit is limited. You must purchase an exhibit table in order to participate in the Reverse Exhibit or to purchase any add-on sponsorships.

Sponsorships
All sponsorships include recognition in the meeting program and in the pre-meeting Know & Go email to registrants. Sponsors must purchase an exhibit table to add on a sponsorship, with the exception of the Product Theater Sponsor, which includes a table.

Exhibitor logistics
- Electrical service at the booth carries an additional charge and must be arranged through KCHP in advance.
- The Oread cannot accept shipped materials more than three days out. Plan arrivals for Tuesday, March 30, 2027 or later.
- Booth signage and displays require advance hotel approval and may not be placed in hotel public areas.
- Outside food and beverage may not be brought into the hotel. Self-parking is $25 per night.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to kchppharmacy@gmail.com and received no later than Friday, March 12, 2027, three weeks prior to the start of the meeting. All refunds are assessed a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after that date. Sponsorships that require production — attendee lanyards, name badges, swag bags, and items placed in the swag bag — become non-refundable once artwork or materials have been submitted, because those orders are placed on your behalf.
